TF movement bug?

First I thought I did something wrong and forgot to set this cruiser TF to retreat but when I opened the turn TF129 did show a retreat path to the set base. The carrier TFs it was covering did retreat, it was the only group to be left behind...

No reports of "reacting to enemy TF"

Mod is DBB-C, save 003 is the previous end of turn, 004 (in the next post) is the turn I opened after watching the replay..
