44-2-12: Expect a 4 division IJA assault at Prome today. Prome may not hold. In supporting effort I have dropped the 1st marine para battalion at 100prep directly on top of Rangoon to disrupt jap supply for the Prome attack. I dont know if para attack will stop supply flow but I figure in real life it would have a dramatic rear area fear effect. Also in support of Prome I have para dropped elements of the 77th chindit brigade(operating out of Akyab and Mentze) all around SEasia to cause max disruption of Japanese supply flow. In FatR fever to suppress and capture prome he has ignored all other threats.
