Transferring German SU's

From my understanding, if I wanted to transfer a Stug SU from one division to another that is not in the same Corp, they would first have to be under the same Corp HQ ..???
WITE is a good addiction with no cure.

If you want it attached to the division on that same turn then yes the two divisions will have to be under the same corps HQ.If it can wait a turn then attach it to the division's corps HQ and then attach it directly to the division on the next turn.
