I need maps of the Eastern Front
Does anyone have any information that would lead me to some good maps of the major battles on the eastern front in The War? Any links? Any atlas recommendations?

Which eastern front do you mean? Are you looking for stuff on the Soviet Union 1941-45 or the eastern front in The Great 7-year Peanut Brittle War 1800-1820?
I have nothing on that little contre temps that took place from June 22nd 1941, but I have a huge library on the epic eastern front battles in the latter. Just let me know.

Actually I was thinking of TG7PBW, but now that you have mentioned it I would LOVE to have the Russo-Germania skirmish maps, 1941-1945!!!

Hope this helps - this is perhaps the finest map of the Eastern Front ever produced. The clarity in capturing the movements of the huge army groups on either side is astounding. Seems very familiar. Wasn't it later covered for the grasshopper series? Starring David Caradine?

Good spot Mat. This Cult American TV series was modelled on Operation Barbarossa; every episode was a microcosm of the major battles of the Eastern Front.

Let me know if you require any further maps - although I suspect that one I posted earlier covers all the bases; it is just so detailed [&o]
