Maybe you accidentically zoomed in, which is now (3.4) also possible in the editor. Flags will be zoomed in, too. Maybe you want to provide a screenshot so we can see what's going on?

why? I use standard 3.4 without mod. your soviet flag is also in low resolution..but mines are smaller :(

Do you use a graphic mod for flags and/or supply? Thing is, if you have a modded graphic in your AltGraphics folder, say i.e. flags.png, the engine doesn't use the according graphic s_ or h_ from the normal Graphics folder for the zoomed in/out view, but scales those in AltGraphics with not the best results. So, if you have flags.png in AltGraphics, you will additionally need h_flags.png and s_flags.png in the AltGraphics folder.

Odd. I made a test, filled the Soviet flag in H_flags.png with black, saved it and loaded the scenario again. In zoomed in huge 2d view the flag should be black, but it isn't. Looks like the engine doesn't use H_flags.png at all ??!!

Telumar's flag is showing an objective. The flags in your shot are showing ownership. Most players show ownership via borders instead.

Oh, I missed that. But still looks like the engine doesn't use H_flags.

Perhaps not. Note that there doesn't appear to be a flags.png or a h_flags.bmp. And the h_flags.png is not high resolution, but just a blowup of flags.bmp.
