wrong msg for Hungarian 'army 66%' warning

The message that pops up for minors when spirits hit 70% is one of a warning about the army needing 66% soon. However, the content (cut and paste error?) for the msg with the Hungarians is wrong. It's actually the msg about the minor getting upset because of corps requirements not met.

I've attached a screen shot. Which shows how the other two minors look and the incorrect Hungarian msg. My Hungarians under own corps level is > 80% and their spirits just hit 70.

*Note: as expected with the logic correct but just the wrong msg content, there's no corresponding -1 for prestige as would be if it was the actually situation the msg is depicting.
