Can't assign higher Hq to new Army unit

Can't assign higher Hq to new Army unit

I am using version 1.02c beta. I created a new Army hq unit and was able to assign an officer (Walher Model). I am not able to assign OKH as its higher hq however and therefore it is not getting any staff. When I hold the mouse pointer over the (HAS NO HQ) part it is not clickable. I can still change the name although I have not done so.
I have noticed that the command points are accumulating each round. So after two or three rounds the 18th Army is still not usable.

The same goes for a Transport Corps I have created. There is 20xJu-52 with in my OKH unit available but the aircraft are not being send to the Transport Corps. I suspect it’s because I can’t assign a higher Hq. So after two or three rounds this unit is not usable aswell.

Has anyone experienced the same or am I missing something. I am at 20 May 1942 in the TRAPPENJAGD CAMPAIGN.

Hi,

You have to use the 'Set Unit HQ' order button. Its the 4th button from the left in your screenshot.
