250 AS Cap, Limit Sorties to AS

I am wondering if, and hopefully, when, the solution for the unlimited Aviation support "feature" will be implemented (currently if AS > then 250 AS is unlimited).
Also I would like to know if there was any further consideration was put into the option to limit number of simultaneous sorties to AS number of the base
of origin.

There was a lot of talk about this in the past, and I remember Michael stating that the unlimited AS "will not always be this way" but have not heard
of any further comments since then.

For those wondering what LoBaron is alluding to, or wishing to have their memory refreshed, this is the long thread which dealt with various aspects of air combat, wherein was the reference to the 250 Aviation Support "feature" for a human player.
