Official Matrixgames Beta soon

We are in process of uploading the code for the official Matrixgames beta test. This test will be a bit different from other betas as the game engine behind WS is balanced and rock solid due to its history. I'm currently playing 4-8 battles a week with it
so beta isn't a matter of testing wether it works or not.

This beta is organized by Matrixgames so I have no direct control on who can participate. Nevertheless I want a few ToS veterans to join and think Matrixgames won't decline my suggestions.

So if you have time at your hands and can handle big downloads you might write me an email so I will ask Matrixgames to put you on their list.

Please don't appy just for curiosity. I want players who can push WS to its limits, Matrixgames will provide the casual gamer who never heard of ToS and who will report on interface and manual.
I want veterans who know that launching flares in a burning forrest will be bad.

Iceman, you don't have to write me. You will be in if you wish so.
Your input during the last years made the game what it is now.

I guess your are the guy with the greatest in depth knowledge of Tos besides the VB team.

I really wish I could be a part of that. Without a connection at home, though, I don't think it would be feasible.

i'd love to join in, but can't. it pisses me off, too. when i get back, i *might* have the time on my hands after school, but i aim to get a job (i finally got my drivers licence, now i have to pay insurance) and have a lame connection in any case, so that kinda cuts that out...

and it must have been a really really long time since i played, b/c i didn't know launching flares in a burning forest was bad... although now that i think about it i can see why.
*cringes from the imagined explosion as the flares go off waaaay too close to his titan*
