Crashing to desktop in AI game *Solved*

Cant seem to get beyond a crashpoint on my Soviet campaign. I've tried to get beyond this point with no success. I'm playing as Soviets and it crashes whilst the AI axis is playing its turn. I've tried varying my save games but I've tried three different save games and cant seem to get past it. Windows doesnt give me any information beyond saying CaseBlue exe has to close.

Last time I watched it closely and managed to get a screenshot. Doesnt seem to give nay useful information but putting it here just in case.

Obviously I am not doing anything to make the crash, i.e. it is not a certain button as it is on the AI turn. I'm using Windows 7 64bit if that helps. Anybody any ideas or if there is any other useful information I could give (DxDiag?)?

Just wondering if it could be display related? Doesnt seem to be, but just in case am updating my driver. Will report back if it makes a difference.

Well that was unexpected. Updated to latest NVidia driver and it got past the point of crashing and has managed to get to my turn. Not too sure if this is coincidence or not. I'll leave the thread up just in case it is of any use to somebody else.

That quite weird indeed. Altough it could also have been the Windows restart after installing the new driver? By the way which version of DC are you using?
