Where are my reinforcements?

Where are my reinforcements?

I'm playing Uranus as the Soviets. It's NOV 30th and I should have received the 19th RD & the 5 Guards Mech Corps about 2 turns ago. At the start of my previous turn, I received a report that both units had arrived and were ready for deployment, but they are nowhere to be found. I checked for them in the OOB and at STAVKA; nothing at either location. What gives? Where can I find these units? How do I deploy them?

They should be represented as cards. You should be able to use the card on whatever city that you want the reinforcements to deploy at.

Gracias! [&o] I would never have thought to look there. (I must have missed that in the manual.) Now I have a gaping hole to plug near Voronezh...

The city has to be in supply, probably undamaged and connected by rail to STAVKA (or OKH).

That's good to know, since I might have become very frustrated (!) trying to deploy my units in a recently captured city not connected to the rail network.
