Allied Air Production

[&:] I asked a question awhile ago about the upgrading of allied aircraft factory production. I was correctly informed that it will happen just not on the 1st of the month. Well it's now March'43 and the Wirraway, B-25C, and B-24D should have upgraded sometime in Feb and they haven't. Is there any setting I should be using to facilitate this.

You do need to have the upgrade toggle set to "yes".[;)] Otherwise if set to yes the factories should have upgraded by 2 March at the latest.
