PK campaign41-Vyazma, Turn 16 Bug?

In Panzer Corps Grand Campaign '41, Vyazma scenario, turn 16, I noticed that German 15cm sFH 18 (range 3 hexes) can fire against units 4 hexes away.

Well that's quite possible, I had an Italian gun do that too because it had an additional hero +1 attack range. Yep they rule [:D]
