Can't download COH 1.6 Beta Patch

While I'm logged into Members' area and attempt to download the COH 1.6 Beta Patch I get an error dialog. Yes I have COH registered and downloaded the same patch to my archive external drive (which crashed later the same day). Any ideas why (unless they're uploading the 1.7 beta patch)? Thanks for any useful info.

I'll have to refer you to Matrix support for this; we at WCS don't have anything to do with the download process.
