When I try to start the Scenario Mgr, I get an error saying, "Run Time error 53, File not found".

I don't know if this will fix it... i have found that when i unzip a scenario using winzip it would go in a folder called unzipped then the scenario name. I would use Spmanager to move it. It works. But after that I would delete the folder from unzipped and SPManager would crash. I found the reason is in the C:\Program Files\SPManager3\src_dst.ini file. It keeps the last position for the program and since i deleted the directory it just blows up. The fix i found is just go into the ini file and redo the 3rd and 4th line to c:\ and it works fine then. Hold it helps sorry for the round about way but its the best i can do to explain it.

I have had it do the same thing. The only way I found to resolve it was to remove it and reinstall it. It does not take long, just annoying to do it.

You might want to write the author, Mike Deltano and ask him. He is a great guy!

Run a search on the Tech support page and if you still have any problems write back or repond. I had this same error on my two CPUs.
Althought they both run now I couldn't pin point exactly what it was that kept me from fixing the issue. One thing for sure you need to launch the program from Windows Explorer.

Hello Robdam!

In my past experience error 53 is related to your Dll's library. You might have to update you dll. Usually it might be you don't have vbrun300.dll or vb40032.dll. You might want to look and see if you have those in you Windows System folder. You probably have an outdated version of the dll. Microsoft had and update for Windows 98 dll's not to long ago you might want to go to Microsoft site and download the DLL's package.
