Air reinforcements during bad weather

When I play a reinforcement card to get an air unit during a turn with heavy precipitations, the air unit is not affected by the -50% penalty.
Should it not suffer from the bad weather as all the other air units ?

Not really a problem, since those replacements are sitting in OKH/STAVKA and will not be flying any missions on your turn. On the next round, the weather event will properly set the penalties.

I add this to the list for v1.05 patch. Its not remotely a major issue but its good it gets reported. I'll see if I can make the card unavailable during bad weather.
