RE: Robusto Havana
Pharmaceutical reps used to be about 80% female and displayed a non-random bias toward physical attractiveness when compared to the general population.
Due to the industry retrenchment, most of the younger ones got fired so they are beginning to look a lot more like the general population. Just as well. I banned them from my office so I could get work done. [:)]

Just take Luxemburg off the list. This county was formerly a part od Austria_Hungrary and the HRE, which both were invaded by English. The same is true for Liechtenstein.ORIGINAL: sprior

Viking dude is right. Along those same lines, I wonder if perhaps a primitive Kuereg cappucino machine washed up along the shores of the Panamanian jungle to give rise to these guys:

Yes...and Sweden too. Once, as Britain in Diplomacy, I invaded Sweden. I hear Chad is pretty much a shithole and the Central African Republic is so bad nobody ever came up with a name. I don't think you are missing much.

“I gestured at my litre of fizzy red wine. “Want a drop of this?” I asked him.
No thanks. I try not to drink at lunchtime.”
So do I. But I never quite make it.”
I feel like shit all day if I drink at lunchtime.”
Me too. But I feel like shit all lunchtime if I don’t.”
Yes, well it all comes down to choices, doesn’t it?” he said. “It’s the same in the evenings. Do you want to feel good at night or do you want to feel good in the morning? It’s the same with life. Do you want to feel good young or do you want to feel good old? One or the other, not both.”
Isn’t it a tragedy?”
¯ Martin Amis, Money
Last night I chose feeling good at night. Then I had to get up at 5:30 and go to the conference. I regretted my choice.

Fizzy? No thanks a drop of Cote Du Rhone will go down nicely though.
A DTS is for kids. Or if you're really hard core a pint of cider with an oggy in the civvy canteen in the forenoon standeasy. Sad to say I've done it a few times.

Well, we didn't really have fizzy red wine either. We had some "margaritas" with Sauza, lime juice, Agave nectar and a little bit of apple cider. I know it sounds kinda sissy but they were good. That did most of the damage, I suspect. Then we had two Cabs for dinner (Rodney Strong and Coppola). Both were really good.
French wine costs too much here thanks to the Fed and QE1-3. Lots of superb California wines though, especially the Cabernets.
That transport taffy loading at Perth got bolloxed up again and was loading suppries with the troop still on the dock. I switched them to onload again.
RN fast BB's headed for Diego (Garcia, not the saint)
Aus 7 Div arriving Perth 2-3 d with an escort carrier.
Sent another pre-war USN BB to South Africa for dent removal.
Resolution ready at Pearl in about 2 weeks.
Yorktown is 41 days out. I am doing the AA suite upgrades on her escorts. Also putting in a nice water slide on C deck.
One of your Adjective carriers just arrived Panama. Looks like off map to South Africa and thence to Ceylon is the best??
If you need P-38's, you can take the H model inventory for the best P-40 squadron in India.

I suspect JJ will not be happy with the fruits of their raid on Sorong. They sunk 2 APD's and made Mrs. Rodriguez very sad but they didnt touch the transports. 2 USN DD's were dinged up.
One of their CA's (Atago I think) took 3 500 lb bmb hits and some 5 in. gunfire. They also had a DD dinged up pretty good.
Lots of transport activity in Mindanao and Cebu and places like that. Either they are reinforcing or bugging out. [:)] Mindanao is too far from Ternate for a para assault. Looks like I'll have to take Tai-elanden and then build up to level 2. Maybe Djanges in SW Mindano is ungarrisoned and I can send in APD's with a Marine Raider Bn.

Yes, yes, asume away. It sure SEEMS like it should be shorter...the Atlantic being smaller than the Pacific and all..but one still has to drive around Africa. Also there is the business of avoiding detection and subs....and not acquiring system damage.
I just wish somebody would have asked before they sent her to Panama without escorts. Where did she come from? Gibraltar? An Eastern US yard?

I am NOT going to post pictures of my neighbor's bare arse.
A) It would be unethical to do so without permission
B) Her ex husband works out.

Not even close Panama to Perth is 9,400 by itself and then we have to take a wide detour in the IO.
