Looking for an opponent for either of the scenarios mentioned.
I'll take either side.

Must be willing to see it through.
I can play 2-3 turns/week
I used to think I was indecisive, now I'm not so sure.

If you end up finding an opponent for Op Neva, note that I'm submitting a new version this weekend, so you might want to push back the start.

...and I'd love some EOT files to look at from time to time if you get a game going.

Funny you should ask.
I just finished a 24 turn game (Soviet partisans are too strong).
