What do I check?

I'm installing the game and a box popped up asking me to either repair Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 to its original state or uninstall it. I'm totally clueless about this and I don't want to mess up my PC. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just hit repair, it is ok, don`t uninstall!

You probably have already a higher Visual++ version installed, but the repair will not harm newer versions, just make sure that you have at least 2008. So check repair.
