Went to California Adventure yesterday. Pretty fun, but pricey. Definitely "hipper" that D'land. Cars Land has some serious set design. A TeePee motel, retro gas station etc. Music is defintely better too. Retro stuff from the 50's and 60's you never heard before. You walk from one area to another and the music changes and somehow you can't hear the music from the other area. Fantastic sound quality too. You sit down on a bench and it sounds like you have headphones on in some places.

There was a group of drummers and DI guy dressed up like "Green Army Men" from Toy Story. They guy was hilarious...he was like the DI from Full Metal Jacket without the four letter words and sexual insults and physical assualts. He walked up to a Marine in dress uniform and got in his face, "What does that say on your shirt, soldier? UUUUnited States Marien Corps..well we all make mistakes"

$7 for a Sam Adams. Not a good place for drinking.

No turn yet. I did find the details of the B-17 midair in which an uncle I never knew was killed. He had just graduated high school in '43. Apparently, one of the engines sat there for 50-60 years until it gradually sunk into the soil like an iron age sword.

Sorry for the Hijack, and i dont want to slow down the AAR, but i have a quick off subject question for all the Lawyers , Indian Chiefs, and Doctors. ( better known as Lawyers, Guns and Money).

Recent letter from my Primary Care Doc stated that he and another tickler were going to start there own clinic. To reduce overhead and costs, they would not be accepting Medicare or Medicade patients, and only a limited number of insurance companies. They are both older and have made there loot i suspect, but this seems like it will not be allowed to play through.
My questions?

Is this legal, and will our rulers allow this to become standard? How long before a law is passed stating that a Doctor must accept a percentage of medicare patients ( if not already a law)? Can the Lawyers make money from the Indian Chiefs for suing someone over this?
