Starship Ratings

When you place the cursor over a starship ( usually during combat) along with all the data listed in the lower right corner, there is a line of data called "Ratings", expressed as percentages. I'm fairly sure the cyan colored one is the combat initiative.

What do the brown and green ratings apply to??

They are listed in order of appearance on the crew composition list; Engineers, Security, Naval. Same with worlds: Scientists, Engineers, Security, Naval.
