User Scenarios and Update

Will these scenarios work properly with the new update?

It appears that only their own mapboards will take advantage of these graphics.
I would like to try making some of my own boards, but I don't know yet if it is possible.
I've been tinkering with some scenario designs on the new boards.
I think it can be done, but I'm still only at the tinkering and looking under the hood stage.

So if we play without the giant maps the scenarios will work?

I believe that they still work, and I think they default back to the old graphics anyway.
