Does the Finnish division really has 19CV? What a monster... Funny thing is when you split it to 6 CV regiments they will not have ZOC, while my CV 1 divisions have ZOC big design mistake of this game to decide ZOC capability on nominal unit size, rather than on dynamic variable like CV.

Note 1: German aircraft have an additional modifier that reduces their production delivered to the Eastern Front by 50%. This represents that the proportion of air forces sent east was always much lower than the proportion of ground forces sent east.
