I never recieved surrender notice when I captured all cities and hexes. 2 The capital skopze still shows 1 pp being produced what goes?

Are all their units dead too? None still remaining in allied territory?

How Can i see serbian units in allied territory(fog of war),what I can see no serbian units. The number of pps being produced are in red not white like other captured areas

Red production numbers means the city has taken damage from fighting and is not production at full capacity. It will recover automatically over time.
