new patch..cota...when?

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

So. A few days have gone by since we last heard from Arjuna that he was almost done.....

Any idea when it's going to be, Dave?

Thank you very much for all your work on this patch !!

Arjuna, please, check the new patch with the tutorial scenario. Is it now working as intended? Can you follow now the instructions of the video-tutorials and achieve the results intended?

This is very important for the new players...

Txema..very unlikely to happen..the scenarios would have to be altered..reason being the game doesn't go like the vids is due to improvements through patches it's not because of bugs that needed fixing. Also it's way to much work I imagine redoing the scenarios and putting up new videos.

Totally agree [;)] This is not an easy game to learn. New players need it to play, eventually less people will buy this game if it is not updated.

Again see my above post..it would mean making new videos which I'm sure Dave hasn't got the time for, I'd rather he work on patches and the new games.

Well, in my opinion it is still worth tweaking the tutorial scenario to make it work as intended in the video-tutorials. Probably, after adjusting properly the behaviour of the game engine in the patch, it could be enough to carefully adjust some of the units parameters in the tutorial scenario to make the attack work as intended. Of course, re-doing the video tutorials could be too much work, but adjusting just the tutorial scenario is a must in my opinion. Almost all the new players will start with the video-tutorials and if that is a frustrating experience they can get disappointed and their willing to go deep into the game can be severely impaired. Moreover a new full-game in this series with new tutorials is far away in time, and therefore the current tutorials will be the entry door for new players for several years...

If you adjust the tutorial scenario though it wouldn't match up with the videos..
