CA plates obtained and attached to cars.

I really hope thats the last of the moving-related nonsense I have to deal with for a while. [8|]

So what'd registration run you? $500 / annum?

Nah. A smidge over $100/car which is about what I paid in NY. The trouble is that here registration is annual. In NY it was for 2 years.

Nah. A smidge over $100/car which is about what I paid in NY.

Surprisingly affordable for planet California. Here registration is dependent on value (newer cars are more expensive than older cars) and are probably 50% higher than what you cite.

Herb-encrusted turkey coming out of the oven in about 20 minutes. Whole house smells wonderful. Homemade rolls, green bean casserole, buttery mashed potatoes and wife's awesome pecan pie with cream for afters.

Been busy with work and the Guard. Love my new job and I'm a "spare" for my unit deployment next spring. I won't know if I'm going until probably a couple of weeks out. [8|] Anyway, I have to complete all the pre mob training, just in case. I finally got my game going again and just finished catching up on the AAR. I've decided to make time for all you crazies and to keep my game going. That's only fair to my long time opponent.

Mouth watering thinking about all of that! Ours is still many hours away on the west coast. Turkey just in the oven.

Morning guys.... the big day again, just doesn't seem long since the last one, I must be getting old. [:D]

But not a good start to thanksgiving day, with a massive highway pileup down south in Texas on the I-10. [:(]

The newer car was only about $20 bucks more than the older. And theres more than 10 years between them. [:D]

What?

You didn't buy HS2000 (aka Springfield Armory XD, XDM, or XD-S as it is known in the USA)?

Hmm. Looks like a nice little toy. Have to get a weapons license sometime. Nice relaxation.
