Repairing Railroads

Post by Beruldsen »

I seem to recall being able to manually fix railroads under the old version ... but now the FBD I have that can move don't appear to do anything. I have plenty of auto repair battalions ... but I can't move them???

Remember that the FBD units have to be within so many hexes of the railheads. Also, to repair a hex, you need to click on the FBD unit. You will see two values...an RRV value and a RRC value. Click on the RRC and you will repair the hex if the hex is repairable (due to the distance to the nearest railhead.) Then move the FBD to the next rail hex and repeat.
There is no problem too big that can't be solved with the proper use of high explosives
