I'm sure you only forgot it didn't you?

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

"Command Ops: Battles from the Bulge" on sale for 33% off -

"Conquest of the Aegean" for on sale for 35% off - [&:] Well OK if you really need it and can't wait for the Addon to BftB.

"Command Ops: Highway to the Reich" for... for... for what?! FULL PRICE!? For an Addon that is a year old where I need to buy the main Game and all that's in are 13 reworked scenarios of an even older game? I guess someone made an error here. [:-]

I'd have bought it actually if it was on sale..the only thing in the sale I'd have bothered with aswell.

It wont be Dave's fault..matrix\Slitherine decide these things.

Hi guys - Highway to the Reich released earlier this year which is why it's not in the sale. We don't like to discount games too soon after release because that just punishes the early adopters who are the biggest fans and the people who keep us going so we want to really reward them as much as possible. It is a very different philosophy to pretty much every other site who discount steeply and early.

Well didn't we have a discount for... not sure what it was but that sale wasn't long ago and the release also wasn't long ago, seeing that I really expected to see a scenario pack released in January this year included in the holiday sale.

Funny I bought BftB shortly before the normal price was lowered to the current normal level and that wasn't long after the holiday sale.

Anyhow will we see the COTA scenario pack be released after the Holiday sale?

Forgive my newbie ignorance, but based on the above conversation I'm thinking that I should purchase Battles from the Bulge instead of CotA...is that an accurate assessment? Will the scenario pack basically make the original CotA unecessary? Thanks for y'all's time! I apologize for the dumb question.

Yeah your best getting BftB then the expansion I think. Though it depends on your financial situation.

Thanks for the response! I'll probably just purchase BftB and await the CotA scenarios, if they'll all be present. Thanks [8D]
