I have turned off the refineries at Rangoon, Miri, Tarakan, and Palembang. Rangoon, because that place has done run clean out of oil.
And the other three because I can better use oil than fuel in Sydney and Melborne. And I'm hoping I can load some of it before the bad
guys get here.

EDIT: I just re-read what I typed above and realized that I had my Allied hat on when I was writing that. Lemme re-phrase:
Um.....Rangoon is out of oil so that one is shut off for now. The other three have fuel piling up and I want to avoid wastage and spoilage
if I can.

I've started the loading of the 1st China Assault / C part onto ships to be taken to Port Moresby. I couldn't dock the TF for it but if they're
all troops maybe it'll load w/o a problem. If not, I'll have to wait my turn at the dock.

Here's a look at all the stuff I have at Port Moresby. Not too many of those troops have any supply. That's probably the biggest
problem........getting supply to the troops. I hope the rest of the troops come already supplied 'cause there's not much here.

Okie dokie.......the 4th Div / A part is all set to make the short hop from Oosthaven to Merak. I expect to see them unloading tomorrow.
Then they will take a short walk to Batavia and join the /C and /B parts and join up to make the entire division again.

Here's the problem in Malaya: He's got about 60K and I got about 3.3K which means that unless and until I ship a bunch more people
into Malaya he's going to take it all back. D'oh. I hadn't planned on that in rehearsal. And it worked when we wargammed it. I must
have missed something.

Tonight the 62nd Inf Rgt will land in Port Moresby and hopefully change the character of the war. Nah, maybe not but still I'm thinking
that I might have enough people to at least hold onto Port Moresby.

Koepang is receiving the 35th AA guns by boat. I figure they will come in handy if and when Jim cranks up his B-17's seriously. And he
could do that any day now I'm guessing. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get a B-17 out of manila and down to Oz. He's probably
done it a couple of times. So I could possibly be facing a couple of B-17 units. Maybe.

I've got TF 285 all set the the bombardment that I have every reason to believe will occur tonight or early in the morning. Um......I've set
the bombardment range at 14,000 yards and escorts should bombard and I've designated spotters for the ships so I'm thinking I've done
everything I can do to ensure their success. I'm hoping they hit the airfield tonight......I'd like to see the air war over with already.

TF 294 is built around an AV that has float planes aboard and one unit of those FP's are Jakes that have the range to do naval searches
all the way past Townsville and I've got them focused on finding those Allied ships that are candidates for a Jap air strike. I'm hoping to
eliminate any threats I might have to face in expanding my empire in this part of the world. I'm even thinking of invading Darwin.

TF 320 is taking supplies to Port Moresby and I expect some of these ships to get shot up a bit but I don't expect to lose any. And my
guys really need the supplies so it's got to be done.

The 39th Road Const Engineers are unloading at Saumlaki.......they are going to build the airbase up to about level 3 or so and maybe
while they are at it they can expand the port to about level 3 or so. I need to be able to put some bombers there just in case I have a
major offensive drive take place here in the near future.

I've received the Junyo and the Yamato as reiniforcements and I have them joined with escorts and I'm sending them out to Wake. I don't
know if that's the best place for them so their destination may change as situations develop. I may need them to go to Truk soon.

TF 460 is a CM w/ 50 mines and I'm going to move him to Koepang, closer to Darwin. I need to find a bunch more CM's that have mines
because I'm planning on putting a minefield around Darwin to help isolate it from the rest of humanity. I'm not sure I have all the
equipment I need to put a minefield around Perth. I'll look into what it would take and get back to you.

TF 524 is a surface force w/ a bombardment mission and I've got it all set to do a bombardment of Port Moresby. I'm expecting some
casualties among the Allies but the last time I did this it was mostly non-combatants that got beat up. I'm more interested in the front of
the line type guys as casualties but alas, I don't get to chose.

My carrier the Zuikaku wouldn't fit into the repair yard at Naha so I'm moving it to Kogashima. Maybe she'll fit into that one.

The Rokko got shot up unloading some troops this morning and it's still on fire but I'm thinking it might just make it to Buna. Jap damage
control isn't what American damage control is but I'm thinking they might be able to put the fires out at least.
