PON 1850-1920 1680 turns

PON:Rome The Rise and Fall 458BC-476AD 22,416 turns [X(]

Would make War in the Pacific look like a casual game.

Why be a piker?

The Roman Empire continued to 1453 AD.

753 BC t0 1453 AD = 52944 turns!!!

[8D][:D][X(][&o]

You could make it a family project, pass it on to your kids ...

Yes but 52,944 turns would just be silly.

I though it best to keep it to the Western Empire thus allowing for a fairly light introductory game of just 22,416 turns [:D]

Which would then allow for the release of an Eastern Empire expansion DLC

Then again it would still probably take less time than rolling up your first Space Opera character [:)]

very funny guys. I guess i will retract my request. thats 22k turn with instant battles. can you image if there was total type system. I think pon rome could be good for folks on prolonged space travel or folks in prisons doing life.

Actually, how about "War in the Roman Empire" using an War in the Pacific 1 DAY timescale [X(]

With the option of 2 or 3 day turns for those who don't like micromanaging [:D]

That may take slightly more time to play than rolling up a Space Opera character ... but only just [;)]

lets not forget the great PoN: rome challenge: how long can you play before losing your mind? or win 100k if you play pon:r for a year locked in a room. you only get 3 breaks for food and 2 breaks for bathroom. [:D]
