The official hotfix does not solve the error [:(]

Can you please attach the guilty savegame to this thread for Steve to grab. It will help him to replicate and fix the error.

Thanks.  I am looking into it now.

The Operation is actually over due to time. The bug is happening when it tries to show you the debrief screen immediately from the command screen. Will be fixed in the next update.
