To Kill a Panther

Close Combat: Panthers in the Fog is the first new release (not a re-make of a previous games) in years in the critically acclaimed Close Combat series. It details the desperate German counter-attack at Mortain, the last chance of the Wehrmacht to stave off defeat in Normandy. Can you match the tenacity of the American defenders of Hill 314? Or can you succeed where the Panzers failed, driving through to the sea and changing history? Improved 32-bit graphics and the ability to control more squads than ever bring the Close Combat engine to a new level.

Any one killed a Panther with a bazooka yet? That will win a prize!

Panther... with a bazooka...?! I once through a bazooka team into my mix to see if it could even damage a panther - and the targeting circle from the bazooka team was always black (no possibility of damage)... Seems to be of no use vs. Panther...

just fighting a battle on Sourdeval. just taken out 3 panthers and 2 sdkfz 251 morter H/tracks without lost with a mix of Shermans, two 57mm AT guns, a couple of wolverines and two greyhounds

I tried to get a bazooka into action but the game timed out just as one of the two remaining panthers was strayinh into range

Stuarts are the secret weapon of cc. I took out a Panther with a side shot the other night. In a previous version of cc i had one go head to head with my Tiger I. It took 5 hits to knock it out, in the mean time it immobilised my Tiger.

It would be far more impressive if I'd faked it[:D] They'd be stacked three deep around a single bazooka
