war plan orange

Has anyone worked on a War Plan Orange mod? Or at least a Pearl Harbor scenario in which the fleet was alerted? Been reading Attack on Pearl Harbor--Strategy, Combat, Myths, Deceptions, by Alan D. Zimm. Would love to see a variable start, if only for the first few months of the war.
