Any of you lot with advice on how to run the game from a USB external drive or a USB 'thumb'drive? Ever done it? Any problems?

We're traveling later this week and I'd like to use my wife's laptop for the game, but don't want to do a full onerous HD install. Plus, I'd like to have the game on a thumbdrive for my work computer on occasion (don't tell! [;)]).

Hi all,

The "Il2 - Cliffs of Dover" is now 2.5 Euro... [8D]

Even though the game is bugged and flawed the 2.5 Euro is worth it (the visuals are stunning)... [:D]

I don't think you can, it puts the serial number in the registry.

Beaudy! How's the old guy? Still playing rabbit? [:)]
Pretty much Torsten. Although he's not that old; he's 5 years and 9 months. He was mostly in the doggy hotel when you were here, so he didn't get the opportunity to show you his more endearing qualities. He still plays rabbit when it's time for bed. He sticks his nose under my neck and proceeds to snore louder than a drunken Russian (or a drunken Croation; I mean, God forbid I should disrespect Leo's people's claim to fame in that regard [8D]). And he drools. Boy, oh boy, does he drool.
