Missing QtCore4.dll

When attempting to open the game, I get the following error:
The program can't start because QtCore4.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.
This is the download version, so I don't have the disk to copy the file from.

Did you try to re-install? Could you post a print screen of the contents of installation directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\Commander The Great War)?
