Airgroups disappearing from cropped map

This is weird. I'm trying to set new map coordinates in the X and Y fields under the scenario properties tab in the editor. When I set the X and Y coordinates on the grand scenario to limit the size of the map, all the air groups dissappeare from the game? Very strange.
