Trouble with card

Trouble with card

As you can see, i am trying to play a Courage card on one division of the IL Corps.

If i try on the 9th division, no problem.
But if i try on the 75th division, i can not.
Of course, both divisions belong to the same corps, the IL.

So, i don't understand??[&:]

If you change the HQ of a unit you can no longer play action cards on it that turn. Is that it?

Yes, you are right.
Sorry for the trouble, i've just remenbered the 75th division was not under the IL Corps at the beginning of the turn.
