Minor Text Glitch - Diplomacy

I believe the text below the relation status is incorrect, appears to be just garbled. This only happens when I select central power country.

Bit hard to read but doesn't it say 'Enemy' in red below "Relation Status"?
This would be the correct Status.[&:]

I read it as Enemy as well.
