When fighters are launched from a BattleStar, are the launch tubes on the side of the fighter bay or on the front of the fighter bay?
Frankly I cannot tell...

It is pretty clear where they launch from on a Cylon base star...

They launch out of the side of the landing bays.

TJ, as far as I see, the fighters are launched from the sides of the ships bays and they land
(both regular and combat landings) in the front entrance on both the Galactica and the Pegasus.

I KNOW the Alert/CAP fighter tubes are launched from the side of the landing pods as shown in the
below schematic (Circled in white). Raptors both launch and land via the Front of the Pods.
