free setup ...movement/placement

the tutorial does not address it.
the rule book ignores it.

HOW does one move or re-position one's starting forces?

i tried playing as Poland, in case white...with
free setup
better polish equipment
no russian advances.

ie. my first trial after looking at scenario.

the existing FAQ does not address this specific...what i consider normal game activity.
i tried,
click on unit, hold right mouse button while moving cursor
click on unit, hold left mouse button while moving cursor.
above while trying to hold shift key(on a laptop with use of laptop mouse pad)

FOUND solution.

left click unit, hit move key(upward arrow in center left)
place where desired.

my original effort had tried to place polish units into German territory. duh.
the things that can annoy you.
