Latest Manual

There have been so many changes to the game since it came out and the manual has never been touched since. You will need to look in the text/word doc that come with patches to find out what the changes are. There is lots of help in the forum when (not if) you get stuck, it's a long learning curve in fact you never stop learning, but well worth it in the end. Good luck.

The quips in AAR's, particularly from Alfred, are extermely helpful to fill in the gaps that the Manual and errata do not even come close to explaning certain game behaviors. Details like AV, Firepower, Supply effects, What Commander ratings really affect .. etc. Certainly some of these details are nice to know for a AI game, but there are a plethora of undocumented details that if your PBEM opponent knows and you do not .. it provides an overwhelming advantage .. these details can be gained in the AAR's as we all are on this journey to understand this game ..

Box or electronic ? Electronic is inside the C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\Manuals
