It looks like Jim has three CV's off the coast of Padang and he did a sweep of Padang which wasn't exactly productive and he's given
away his position which will help me find her when I go hunting again.

Here's how it went on the ground at Manila: The losses are less when only the ART bombards.

The Singapore situation is looking up. There's no longer an Allied unit in my backfield and the Advance in On again. I've got units
moving to Kluong even as we speak. We'll be back bombarding Singers in no time. Well, two weeks tops.

TF 16 is unloading the 48th Rgt just as Jim finally gets an LCU into the Sampit hex w/ me. He's got some more LCU's headed for the
hex too and so I'm guessing he wants to take it away from me but I'm depositing some reinforcements into the hex so it's still up for grabs
who gets the hex.

TF 20 is taking the last of the resources from Bandy for a while. More and more places like this one are drying up all of a sudden like.

I-1 has found some Allied traffic near Perth. More than he can handle actually. I'm sending some back up even as we speak.

TF 23 is all set to do a naval bombardment of Port Moresby tonight. I'm finding that I can get about one bombardment every three
days or so. At this rate it'll be mid-August before I'm able to capture Port Moresby.

I've got a sub operating near SFO that thinks he's just gone Bingo. I'd rather not operate my subs close to their performance envelope
and I know that this sub has the range to stay out a little longer but I'd rather have the subs keep a little of their torps and range to be
able to track a target near the repair yards for instance. Some target they find on their way home or something. Anyway, he's got to go
and I need to replace him w/ somebody pretty quick or else Jim will find out there's no subs off his coast and do something rash.

TF 25 has been loading troops for, it feels like, about four days now. So I looked at what was at the pier trying to be loaded and it turns
out that it's four BIG guns. And they don't have a crane I guess. I'm thinking of leaving those guns there and taking the rest of the unit
to somewhere else but what would be the point of an ART unit w/o their guns. That's no answer. I guess they need some more support
some more engineers or something to help w/ the loading. I'll see what I can round up nearby.

I was moving TF's when I got to one that was parked at Naha and I noticed that Naha had dried up as a good source of resources and I
made a mental note to go someplace else and then the thought occured to me......."where ARE the good places to go for resources?"
So I looked up the list of all bases and sorted on resources and got a list of the good places. I notice that I'm already using them so I
guess I need to look further down the list to get to the "other" good places. Or the places that are turning out to be better than nothing
at all. Those ports on the 'B' list of good places. We're down to nit picking the resource field.

TF 29 has just finished loading at Balikpapan and is headed to Yokohama and I got to wondering how much traffic there is to Y. these
days and so I looked it up and saw how much resources and oil are actually headed for Y.

It appears that TF 37 is just now loading up all the resources there are at Ocean Island. For awhile. Ocean Island has a Resource
Center there worth 75 and it won't take all that long to accumulate a pile worth going after. I'm guessing a week.
