Hey Larry,
your Fuel level in Japan is decreasing with around 8k every day. That means in around 75 days your reserves will be gone and some HI factories will stop producing. This is a real critical situation. Your oil reserves are looking good but are decreasing too fast. The resources are very low and also decreasing.
You have to send much more fuel and resources to Japan or your economy will crash in some months. The best way to do this is to check with the tracker how the resources/oil storage develops over some turns and then create your cargo TFs. I'm trying to repair every damaged oil center but not the refineries.
Your supply level is very good, you will need them later in the war to feed your troops.
Furthermore you have to hurry capturing Singapore. I think you spread your division too much around the map. Manila is blocking many units for months now. You need those guys in Singapore. You can take Manila later.
A British carrier TF is lurking around Sumatra since turns. Why didn't you sent torpedo bombers against them? There are only few planes at the British CVs. Terje tried the same in our game and lost 2 CV/CVE. You should move some Betty/Nell and Zero units to Sumatra/Singapore.
Some of you convoys are not well organized (e.g. ships with speed 10,12 and 18 in cargo resources TF). For resources you should use ships with similar speed and cargo capacity.
I really like your small raiding SF TFs. I think I should use the same in my game. This game is really a "micro management" monster.

Yeah, I'm watching it real close. I've put a moritoriem on the despensing of fuel from Tokyo since most of the convoys are leavingORIGINAL: sj80

from Tokyo. I've got fuel coming out of my ears from Palembang, Miri, Balikpapan, and Tarakan and I've been sending it to CRB,
Bubble Drop, and Pesky Doors. It just hasn't reached Tokyo yet. Also, I've given a priority to shipping oil to Tokyo and I obviously
should start shipping fuel instead.
There's oil in the pipeline moving toward Tokyo. It just hasn't gotten there yet.ORIGINAL: sj80

for the Japanese player. Also, to give the Allied player a break I guess. I'm not sure I'm handling the economy correctly but I'm
thinking I'm going to have to turn down the HI in the home islands a bit. The early-days period of expansion is over and I'm entering
maintaince mode which means that a lot of the moving of ships has changed from troops to pure logistics. And the pipeline is still
young and adjusting to the load. Things happen slowly when they are complicated and multi-mode.
I've got about 85% of the transports moving goodies and about 15% are still moving troops now. The 14th Division is about 4 hexesORIGINAL: sj80

away from Port Arthur and I've got about a dozen transport ships already parked there waiting the arrival of the 14th Div. It should
be on the high seas within a week. I'm a big fan of Tracker and I'm still learning how to use it's facilities. Also, I tend to put
together TF's with the ships at hand rather than do a lot of planning on which ships to use. I gotta turn that around obviously.

Here's the situation at Babar: I've got a BB heavy TF at Babar that can't dock to refuel so I'm using an AO to refuel that TF and the AO
is running low on fuel. I may have to break off operations and go to Bubble Drop to refuel in a couple of days. But I expect that the BB
can last for about 5 days w/o refueling if it's just bombarding Darwin.

Here's the situation w/ the Allied CV's west of Sumatra. I've got everybody that is in range targeted on those CV's and sooner or later
Jim is going to move it or lose it. Maybe.

Here's the situation down near the Gilberts. I've just gotten through dispatching some Allied DM's around Baker Island and now there's
another infestation around Canton. I'm refueling the TF's that do the killing and I think I have plenty of fuel for another decisive thrust
toward Canton so expect some drama in the coming days. This time I'm sending the carrier too.

Here's the Palembang situation: I used to haul oil out of Paley but the fuel situation has scared me enough that I'm starting to haul fuel.
It's going mostly to CRB and from there to Pesky Doors and from there to Nagasaki so it's usually about four weeks from the time it comes
out of the ground into the belly of the boat to the bunkers in Japan. Usually.

A new threat has shown up. I've been watching that Allied group at Canton Island and now SE of Tarawa about 300 miles is another
Allied group. Reportedly 2 ships big it's not a big TF but it could have some ships that I don't need to tangle w/ because all that I have
where that Allied group is are PB's and DD's. I'm going to have to see if I can't scratch together a surface TF just to deal w/ the new
Allied threat.

Here's how that new base at Lunga is doing. It's had engineers for only about two days and already it's 17% on it's way to a new port.
That means that within about 5 or 6 days we'll have a level 1 port and I can start on the airfield. Which will be a level 1 airfield in about
a week after the port is done. I'm guessing.
