Hi RSO and welcome to the forum. The interface text itself can't be modded afaik, help files can....you can find more in the modders section [;)]
...Igniting stellar cores....Recharging reactors...Recalibrating hyperdrives....

Thanks for the quick response.

So I have the German version of DW. Have now installed the addon all in English. I now wanted to translate a few things for me because it is usually too difficult for me at the many English. That makes the game not fun.
Therefore the question.
Is there any possibility to change something?

Die gametext Datei hat viele Begriffe übersetzt im Deutschen und scheint speziell dafür eingearbeitet worden zu sein. Im englischen AddOn existiert dies nicht. Du wirst es hinnehmen müssen.

The difference between 1.0.6.0 and 1.0.7.1 is that all in-game text comes from the new file GameText.txt, which should be in the root game folder.

Schau einfach in die Datei rein, brauchst Du einfach nur umtragen.
Dauert gar nicht mal lange ;-)

Alecandro/JoPi war so frei und hat die Übersetzung bis auf 5% geschafft!

Zu finden bei Steam -> Distant Worlds: Universe > Allgemeine Diskussionen > Themendetails
