Bomber used for scouting.

Bombers can be used to scout hidden hexes revealing if it is a unit in the hex or not. This does not seem correct to me. This use of the bombers easily reveals attempts of subterfuge by the opponent. A bomber can be used to check sea hexes for the exact position of enemy ships and thereby guiding friendly ships to a deadly first strike attack.
