Having a hard time D/L'ing

Have a hard time getting the complete D/L any ideas. My internet is fine have an excellent D/L rate outside of your site still only getting a partial D/L it states. Using I7 win 8. Any ideas what might be the cause? (BOR)

I could buy and download it like 3 hours ago. No problem at all here in Europe [8D]
