Armored car repair cost bug?

If you repair a 9-strength armored car unit with 1 point, the cost is 4 PP. Based on the initial production cost of 15 PP for a new unit, this seems excessive. You're basically paying 40 points for every 10 points you repair.

I believe we tweaked this in the upcoming patch, thanks for reporting though.
