One click away from buying. Printed manual question

Post by cpt_Venomous »

Hello grognards. I am about one click away from buying this game (original UV and WITP player myself). Real curious about the quality of the printed manual, is it worth getting one, and considering all the resent game updates, is it up-to-date?

The manual is not updated as patches come out but there is always a detailed readme file accompanying each update.

The manual remains an excellent document for learning the game mechanics which are largely left untouched by the patches.

I love it as you do not have to use the PC.

Very high quality color manual and we have several books printed for us as we an educational company.

The printed manual was a must for me, as it's just the perfect size for reading on the head. [;)]

I downloaded the PDF to my Kindle Fire, and it gets read in the same location.

Bought boxed version. Got it installed, looks like a whole new game, definitely need to read manual to play this one. Price is alright, considering I had to pay $60 for KOEI's P.T.O. SNES version back in 94, according to inflation calculator it equals to $90 nowadays.
