Trouble installin War Between the states

Hi

I am having trouble installing Gary Grigsbys war between the states. I get the error message in the picture. Any idea?

Have windows 7.

Hi. Are you login to Windows using an administrator account?

Yes and i havent installed it before. Running the setupfile as administrator didnt help.

How is your Windows UAC configured?

Have you tried with your Internet Security package disabled?
