I use Launceston to Sale for the minimal exposure to subs and have an armed merchant escort.

Elmer parked a sub in this area, chased it off with damage with DDs from Sydney, but I think one will be back.

Mersing saw some ground action. I forced some Allied vehicles to go back to where they came from:

CL Roto Ruter was last hit by a 250kg bomb and isn't doing so well here lately, in fact it's still on fire, so I'm leaving it docked at the port
to help the fire go out before I try to ship it to a repair yard somewhere. If it survives long enough to be driven there. The Allied CV that
did the damage is still in the AO and still dangerous but the base where Roto Ruter is has the largest congregation of CAP fighters that I
have I believe. So it's possibly the safest place for Roto Ruter to be right now.

TF 274 is a bunch of short-ranged transports and they have enough fuel to make it to Canton Island where they will be refueled and sent
on their way toward Pearl. I'm wondering if they will have to be fully refueled at Palmyra before they can make it all the way to Pearl. I'll
have to make a mental note to check that before they leave the Palmyra AO.
